In these pages you’ll find information that will give you a good idea of who we are and what our church is like.
Our church was started by Dutch immigrants (the accents and last names will tip you off). But while we treasure our heritage, this is a church for anyone who wants to participate. Over the years we’ve already been blessed to have people from many different backgrounds join our church, but we’d love to see that more and more … so that the same kind of cultural diversity we see in our city will also be seen in our building.
Our church building is also used by the following groups:
- The Hungarian Reformed Church of Vancouver meets at 12 noon on Sundays.
- The Seng Myung Saem Korean church meets at 1:40 pm on Sundays.
- The Hope AA group has met in our building at 8 pm on Tuesdays for some 40 years now.
- The VOC Sweet Soul Gospel Choir under the direction of Checo Tohomaso practices in our building monthly.
